Privacy Policy
Who we are
Autoflex Commercial Brokerage – Sole Proprietorship L.L.C. ("Autoflex", "we") operates the Autoflex customer app, the Autoflex provider app and this website. We are licensed in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi (licence CN-4831266).
Autoflex is a booking platform. It connects car owners with independent, licensed service providers. The providers perform the services, not Autoflex.

Information we collect from customers
- Account details: your name, mobile number and email address. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive the name and email address that service shares with us.
- Car details: type, brand, model, colour, year and plate number of the cars you add.
- Location: the service address or map location you enter for a booking. We use your device location only when you choose to share it.
- Bookings: the services you book, provider, date, time, notes, status and ratings.
- Payments: amount, status and a transaction reference. Card numbers are entered on our payment provider's secure page — Autoflex does not see or store them.
- Device data: a notification token so we can send booking updates, and basic technical data needed to keep the app working.
Information we collect from providers
- Business name, trade licence and licence documents.
- Owner or manager name, Emirates ID and, where required, passport copy.
- Contact numbers, WhatsApp number and email.
- Coverage areas, working hours, services and prices.
- Worker names and phone numbers for worker accounts.
- Bank account details used to pay providers their share of completed bookings.
How we use information
- To create and manage accounts and verify sign-in with a one-time code sent by SMS.
- To match bookings with providers who cover your area and to show you prices and time slots.
- To share the details a provider needs to do the job (see below).
- To process payments, commissions, refunds and provider payouts.
- To send booking updates by push notification, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
- To verify that providers are licensed.
- To answer support requests, prevent fraud, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Who we share information with
- The provider you book: your name, phone number, service location, car details and booking notes, so they can reach you and do the work.
- Customers who book a provider: the provider's business name, services, prices and the name of the assigned worker.
- Service companies that run parts of Autoflex for us: our payment gateway, SMS and messaging providers, push notification service (Google Firebase), cloud hosting, and email services. They may use the data only to provide their service to us.
- Authorities: when UAE law, a court or a competent authority requires it.
Some of these companies may process data outside the UAE. When that happens we rely on the safeguards the UAE Personal Data Protection Law allows.
How long we keep information
We keep account and booking data while your account is open. After you close it, we delete or anonymise personal data unless we must keep it longer for accounting, tax, legal claims or regulatory reasons — generally no longer than those laws require.
Provider licence and identity documents are kept for as long as the provider is listed and for the period required by law afterwards.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Ask us to delete your account and personal data.
- Object to or ask us to limit certain uses of your data.
- Withdraw consent where we rely on it, for example for optional notifications.
To use any of these rights, message us from the phone number or email linked to your account at info@autoflex.ae or on WhatsApp. We may ask you to confirm your identity and will reply within 30 days.
Deleting your account
You can ask for your Autoflex account to be deleted at any time by emailing info@autoflex.ae or messaging +971 50 344 4224 on WhatsApp from the number linked to your account. We will confirm once it is done.
Security
We protect data with access controls, encrypted connections and limited staff access. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects your data, we will inform you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
Children
Autoflex accounts are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
This website
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and has no sign-in. When you open it, our hosting provider and Google Fonts receive standard technical data such as your IP address to deliver the page. WhatsApp and app store links take you to those companies' own services and policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change significantly affects how we use your data, we will tell you in the app before it applies.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
