Common questions from providers
Does Autoflex employ my workers?
No. Autoflex is a booking platform. Your business stays independent, and you remain responsible for your team and the work they do.
How and when am I paid?
Customers pay by card in the app. Your share — the price minus the 10% commission — is paid to your business bank account on the schedule set out in your Service Provider Agreement.
Can I join without a trade licence?
No. Every provider on Autoflex must hold a valid UAE trade licence for the service offered. There are no exceptions.
Can I choose which bookings I take?
You set your working hours, days and coverage areas, so you only receive bookings that fit them. You then assign each job to one of your workers.
